The hotel has a great location close to everything, including a good Bulgarian restaurant and the ski slopes. the rooms are tidy and bright, with smoke detectors. - the food options are fantastic with a huge variety of delicious meals to choose from.

Everything was perfectly fine, impressive hotel, the location was excellent close enough to Snejanka tower, the restaurants, and almost everythig. I had bright king suite with TV. Greatly enjoyed the location close to the slopes. Also, Studenets ski center was 2 km away.
Some of the staff were very rude.

Wonderful Mountain Views: The breathtaking views from the hotel were like stepping into a postcard. The beauty of the mountains surrounding the hotel made me feel like I was in a fairytale.
It lacked flavor and did not live up to the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar because it provides 4 meeting rooms available for events, a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was helpful and accommodating during my stay.
One service that I missed for my work was a reliable and fast Wi-Fi connection. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi in the hotel was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult for me to complete my work tasks efficiently.

The room was really spacious and super clean, plus there was a bathtub 🛁. the service here was top-notch and the pool was fantastic. On top of that, the parking was conveniently close by.

The hotel had excellent facilities and amenities, including three to four saunas, a large pool, and a casino. We thoroughly enjoyed the karaoke nights and had a great time trying our luck at the casino.
